Terms of Service

1. Who can use the Service

You must be at least 18 years old to use Starborn Community. The Service is for parents and caregivers and is not directed to children. By using it, you confirm that you meet this age requirement.

2. Peer support, not professional advice

Starborn Community is a space for parents to share experiences and support one another. Content on the Service comes from other members and does not constitute medical, psychological, legal, or other professional advice. We do not verify the accuracy of member content. Always consult a qualified professional — such as your pediatrician or doctor — for decisions about your child’s or your own health and wellbeing. In an emergency, contact your local emergency services.

3. Your account

You sign in using a third-party provider (such as Google or Apple) and choose a username. You are responsible for activity on your account and for keeping your sign-in credentials secure. You may stop using the Service at any time and may request deletion of your account as described in our Privacy Policy.

4. Your content

You keep ownership of the content you post. By posting, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, display, and distribute that content for the purpose of operating and improving the Service. You are responsible for the content you post and confirm you have the right to share it.

To protect children’s privacy, do not post information that identifies a child (such as full names, school names, addresses, or precise locations).

5. Acceptable use

You agree to follow our Community Guidelines. Among other things, you agree not to:

• Harass, threaten, or harm other members;
• Post hateful, abusive, or illegal content;
• Present medical or professional claims as established fact;
• Share content that identifies or endangers a child;
• Spam, advertise, or attempt to disrupt or misuse the Service.

6. Moderation and enforcement

We may remove content, limit features, or suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or our Community Guidelines, or to protect the community. Where practical we aim to be fair and transparent, but we may act without prior notice when necessary.

7. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains what information we collect and how we use it. By using the Service, you agree to that policy.

8. The Service is provided “as is”

We provide the Service on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that member content is accurate or reliable.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Starborn Ventures and its team will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss arising from your use of — or reliance on — the Service or any member content.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Starborn Ventures from claims, damages, and expenses arising out of your content, your use of the Service, or your violation of these Terms.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the “Last updated” date above and, where appropriate, notify you. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
